Our protagonist, aspiring Jedi Cal Kestis, heads off on a mission to a secret However, Jedi Grand Master players are very used to getting 1-3 shot by bosses so Vader doesn't feel like he's dealing all that more damage compared to other bosses. This is just a guess tho as I have exclusively played on Jedi Grand Master. Having said all of this, I MUCH prefer Vader in Fallen Order than in Survivor.
